Rachael Bower

Rachael has been doing Yoga since she was a little child thanks to her marvelous mother, Anne, who is a Tai Chi instructor and professor. Growing up in a household where learning was a primary focus, Rachael has taught everything from children's dance to college level courses in Library Science. An art and dance major in college, she has been doing Yoga more seriously for the past ten years and studies locally with Scott Anderson. She is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher at the 200 hour level. Rachael's deepest interest in teaching Yoga is to foster a pleasurable, collaborative environment which results in individual growth and body awareness. Rachel's blog

Laura Flanagan
Laura Flanagan

Laura Flanagan is an American Council on Exercise http://acefitness.org certified fitness instructor, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and a Yoga Alliance member. Her fitness background led her into her true passion- Yoga. She has been practicing Yoga since 1992, and has been teaching yoga for 13 years. With a strong desire to deepen her and her students practice, Laura discovered Body Rolling, which has had a profound effect on her view of the human body and mind.  She is filled with enthusiasm, and is very excited to share her experience with her students.  Laura is a Level II certified Body Rolling instructor, and part of her training was with Yamuna Zake, the founder of Body Rolling.

Eva Wright
Eva Wright

Eva Wright has studied Yang style Tai Chi since 1984. Her teachers include Tricia Yu and a number of Tai Chi masters. She teaches at the Tai Chi Center of Madison and instructs health care professionals in learning and applying the Tai Chi Fundamentals program therapeutically. She has taught at Meriter Hospital for over a decade and also at the Mind Body Center.

From UC Berkeley Wellness Letter, July 2005 "Tai chi is high on our list of recommended exercises. …Studies have long shown that tai chi offers physical and mental benefits for young and old, healthy and less so. It’s a good complement to aerobic exercise and weight training."

Jules Wolf-Stenzel
Jules Wolf-Stenzel

Jules Wolf Stenzel is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Therapist with Alignment Yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2004. She draws her konwledge of the body and spirit from many backgrounds including her experiences in dance, swimming, biking, tai chi, nutrition, philosophy and motherhood.

Amanda Wegner
Amanda Wegner

Amanda N. Wegner came to yoga over 10 years ago as a way to relieve the physical, mental and spiritual burden of living with a systemic disease. Amanda emphasizes the person as much as the practice, offering adjustments and modifications that allow students to achieve their greatest potential and nudge their personal boundaries in a safe and effective manner. Amanda completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training in 2008 and has been teaching in Madison for five years.

Peter Marnocha
Peter Marnocha

Peter is a continuing student and teacher of Yoga. He received his 200 hour certification in Hatha/Alignment Yoga with Scott Anderson and is continuing ParaYoga® Master Training with Rod Stryker. He is a registered Yoga teacher and also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Keesia Hyzer
Keesia Hyzer

Keesia has practiced a variety of styles of yoga since 2000 and is a certified yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance. As a retired high school English teacher, she has combined her joy of teaching with her love of yoga. Her hatha yoga classes emphasize the relationship between the breath and body movements, strengthening of core stability, development of range of mobility, and calmness of mind. Modifications are offered for a safe and nurturing practice.

Kiro Kopulos

Kiro Kopulos has taught hatha yoga, movement meditation and mindfulness classes since 1983. He has offered classes with Dean & St. Mary’s Health Works for 18 years here in Madison. He has also taught for MSCR and Supreme Health and Fitness.
